The Teens Ministry is often the pillar of any Christian church’s continuity as the teens or youth are the church of tomorrow. LSC Teens Ministry, known as the Anchor, has been functioning for the past few years ministering to the youth of the Church aged between 16 and 25.
The vision for the Anchor is to make disciples of the teens of our church, full in knowledge and responsibility, helping them in turn to make disciples through living their faith. This ministry focuses on preparing the next generation to be the voice of God in their homes, campuses and workplaces. The leaders work towards giving them proper counsel and at the same time equip them to use their God-given talents for the glory of God.
Under the leadership of Abison & Smitha (Teens Leaders), the Anchor meets every second and fourth week on Fridays for a time of corporate worship, prayer, learning the Word, sharing experiences and a wonderful time of fun and fellowship.
